So, why practice qigong?
Qigong has a myriad of applications.

I teach for two reasons.

One is to help you feel the energy, how it flows in your body so that you can be more aware of yourself. Qigong does help you be more calm and grounded and just feel better overall.

The second reason is to help healthcare practitioners enhance their healing capabilities. Qigong can improve your diagnostic abilities and strengthen you energetically, for more powerful treatments.
